Pre-Construction
ELEVATION will provide a team that can deliver the detailed scope of work to the highest industry standard. Once the team is approved, we work closely with our clients to complete the development plans which includes a full space analysis, pre-lease, zoning compliance, overall project strategy and site due diligence. During this process, we will take our client through any and all potential risks, limitations, and opportunities.
With the completion and approval of the development plans, ELEVATION will present a project budget and overview inclusive but not limited to regulatory approvals, planning support, specifications and permits.
Construction, Design and Project Management
The ELEVATION team is a highly capable and passionate group of professionals, who share one common goal: make a positive impact on our clients through transforming their investments into exceptional spaces. We achieve this goal through our Construction, Design and Project Management services.
ELEVATION will follow our strict internal processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of construction management and site safety is always practiced. Our team has extensive experience working in all types of spaces and on tight detailed work flow schedules. Creating a seamless process for our partners is at the heart of everything we do. All logistics will be planned in a thoughtful way to avoid disruptions and meet all required timelines.
We truly understand the impact design can have on a business. The importance of making a strong visual impression is something we take very seriously. The ELEVATION Design Studio is a one stop shop - from creative to technical services, the team has you fully covered and will manage every phase to lead your project to success.
The ELEVATION Project Management service is applied to see a construction and design project from the concept through to completion. We believe successful projects start with great people - our experienced team will follow our proven processes and procedures to ensure seamless execution. In addition, we will go above and beyond to always keep you in the loop.
Post-Construction
Once the construction is complete, we will coordinate all furniture installations, cleaning services and ensure the space is in immaculate order. The final step is a walk-through with the client to confirm the project has been completed to their standards. We truly value our clients and continue to stay in contact with them after a project is complete. If there are ever any questions or concerns, we are always available and here to help.
